  Keep the wrist straight
  Keep close to the trunk
  Move the keyboard out of the way if it is not being used
  Clicked lightly and avoid gripping too tight
  Keep the forearm at about right angle
  Neutral Position
  The mouse and keyboard should be positioned at a height that allows the users to adopt a neutral hand-arm posture, i.e. the upper arms held vertical and the forearms approximately horizontal. Please click the mouse lightly.
 
  If your laptop mouse is nipple type, it is advisable to use an external mouse.
