Web Booking for University Health Service Appoinment

Starting from July 31, 2005, you are welcome to book various UHS appointments via HKU Portal from 2 hours to 1 month in advance.
The procedure is:
	Visit HKU home site (http://www.hku.hk) and click HKU Portal
	Login by entering your HKU Portal UID (User Identification) and PIN (Personal Identification No.)
	Click on 'My Page', select 'Campus Information Services'
	Under 'Service Departments', choose 'University Health Service', select 'UHS Web Appointment Booking'
	Then proceed accordingly
	An email confirmation will be sent to you if your booking is successful
You can view or cancel your web-booked appointment through the Internet anytime.
However, for cancellation of web-booked appointment within 24 hours of appointment time, you must call UHS personally by telephone 2549 4686.
