This Privacy Policy Statement establishes how we collect information from or about you from your use of our
services, or use of our website or mobile applications and how we use or disclose such information.
Our Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal data we collect and hold by
complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO). Please visit the

1. Collection and Use of Personal Data
We protect the privacy of users of our services. Any personal data collected from you will only be used for the specific purposes mentioned at the time of collection or for purposes directly related to those specific purposes and/or that mentioned in the relevant Personal Information Collection Statement.
2. Data Retention and Security
Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection. Once no longer required, it will be securely erased. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We treat your personal data with strict confidentiality. Data may be disclosed to third parties only for the purposes for which it was collected, where required by law, and as specified in the relevant Personal Information Collection Statement.
4. Access and Correction
You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. Requests should be made by filling in the application form. A processing fee applies for requests, and the UHS will inform applicants of any charges in advance. Please note that applicants must make all necessary payments before the data is sent out. If payment is not received within 40 days after the submission of application, the application will be automatically rejected without further notice.

5. Website Activity Logs
We may collect non-identifiable data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers to analyse website traffic, improve functionality, and enhance user experience. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
