Appreciation, Suggestions and Complaints
The University Health Service treasures the views of patients. We appreciate feedback from patients.
Patients may express their appreciation, make suggestions, or make a complaint on our services by the following channels:
- Call the hotline at 3917 2501 during opening hours, or
- Send email to uhealth@hku.hk, or
- Complete the Feedback Form, then put it into the Suggestion Box (available at the reception counters of both the Medical Clinic and Dental Clinic), or
- By mail to: 2/F, Meng Wah Complex, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam, Hong Kong
We take every feedback seriously. We will follow up and inform patients of the investigation results.
Complaints related to compliance with the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance or a code of practice:
- Complaints related to compliance with the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance or a code of practice should be made to the private healthcare facility (PHF), i.e., UHS first.
- If the complainant has already made a complaint to the PHF but is not satisfied with the handling and reply of the PHF concerned, the complainant may also complain to:
