Eligibility to Use UHS Services

The UHS only provides services for eligible staff and their dependents, as well as students. If a user becomes
ineligible for UHS services (e.g. completion of employment contract or studies), the user and his/her dependents
will not be able to receive UHS services even if an appointment was booked previously. Any booked appointments
or uncollected medications will be cancelled without prior notice.

All users are advised to ensure that they are eligible before coming to the UHS:

For Students

• Students could check with their Faculty or Department concerning their eligibility.

For Staff

• Staff members are advised to check with the Human Resources Office for their eligibility.
