- To ensure efficient use of our services and discourage wastage, a Default Appointment Charge (DNA charge)
will apply when a user fails to attend the following booked appointments without giving 24 hours’ advance notice:- Wellness check-ups
- Well woman check-ups
- Medical certificate examinations
- Immunisation records
- Travel health service
- New employee health assessments and occupational health check-ups
- Medical check for special programmes (e.g., weight control programme)
- Dental appointments
- Physiotherapy appointments
- Other types of long appointments
- Late arrivals will be regarded as “Defaults” and the DNA Charge will apply. The service may also be cancelled
depending on availability of the doctor / dentist / physiotherapist.
