Patients may express their appreciation, make suggestions, or make a complaint on our services by the following channels: 1. Call the hotline at 3917 2501 during opening hours, or 2. Send email to uhealth@hku.hk, or 3. Complete the Suggestion Form, then put it into the Suggestion Box (available at the reception counters of both the Medical Clinic and Dental Clinic), or 4. By mail to: 2/F, Meng Wah Complex, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam, Hong Kong
We take every feedback seriously and will follow up as appropriate. We will inform patients of the investigation results.
