Important Notes for Web Appointment Booking

With effect from 30 June 2026, all eligible users may schedule medical appointments at the following clinics:

• UHS @ Main Campus
• UHS @ Sassoon Road

Please note that the two clinics operate independently, with separate management structures and clinic operations.

To avoid attending the wrong clinic, service users should note the following:

• Appointments are valid only for the selected clinic location and are non-transferable between clinics. If a change of clinic location is required after confirmation, the original appointment must be cancelled and a new appointment made.
• Service users should carefully check the clinic location, date, time, and service type before confirming their online booking.
